At KMSKA, we aim to contribute to our visitors' well-being every day. American yoga teacher Erica Lutes conducts yoga sessions in one of the museum's galleries. Her mission is to connect and empower people.
During Yoga & Sound, Erica guides you through a series of yoga poses accompanied by soothing sounds. The result is an inspiring moment of calm with a restorative effect on body and mind—the perfect way to begin a day immersed in art.
