Category:

Guided tour

Date:

14 December 2026 from 14:00 to 15:30
16 September 2026 from 10:30 to 12:00
Each quarter, the KMSKA offers a guided tour in which blind and visually impaired visitors can explore the renewed museum step by step with a guide.

In December 2026, join us as we explore the retrospective exhibition of Philip Aguirre, a Belgian artist with Basque roots. He studied sculpture at the Antwerp Academy. His sculptures explore themes of humanity, vulnerability and hope, as well as water, shelter and community. They are crafted from a variety of materials, including plaster, wood, bronze and terracotta. Aguirre also combines these with objects he finds on his travels to distant lands.

Our museum guide will describe selected works, and visitors will also have the opportunity to feel certain materials.
