How are paintings from the KMSKA collection conserved and restored so they can hang at their best in the museum galleries?
Every two months you are welcome to visit the restoration studio. Then you can learn from the conservators themselves all about the works of art they are treating at that time.
On Tuesday, September 3, you are welcome in Studio Rubens in the Rubens Room. There they are working on the varnish removal of the enthroned Madonna surrounded by saints.
