Guided tour - 'In de Mix'

Pupils discover their own perspective on art by actively ‘mixing’ it. They reveal what moves them, what they consider important, and how their perspective differs from that of others.
Contents
There’s no right way to look at it.
But there is your way.
You become the DJ. Art is your personal track.
With a mixing desk in hand, pupils set out to discover their own perspective on art. We slide the faders open or closed: feeling, story, form, confusion… What do I take in? What do I let go of? What can be loud, what needs to be quiet?
Together, we discover that everyone sees things differently and that this is precisely where the power lies.
We explore these differences in greater depth. We don’t brush them aside, but learn to understand them.
Purpose
Pupils explore different ways of looking at art in order to develop their own perspective.
