Guided tour - 'KleurEeter'

Guided tour for children in Years 3 of nursery school to Year 2, also suitable for BULO

Seen your colour? Have a taste.

Pupils explore the primary colours through active engagement and experience. They discover that a colour is more than just what you see: it conveys meaning, emotion and expression.

Contents

We’re going to experience colours – you’ll be completely immersed in them.
Today, you’re not a pupil… you are colour!

As real colours, the children set off on a journey through the museum, accompanied by an enthusiastic colour guide.
They seek out their colour amongst old and new masters and experience how artists make colours speak. They feel, move and speak like colours. How does red feel? How does blue move? How does yellow sound?

Through play and experimentation, their colour develops into a personality of its own.
They learn to truly understand the primary colours by becoming them themselves!

A lively journey full of imagination and discovery, in which colour is truly experienced.

Purpose

Pupils dare to immerse themselves in a primary colour in order to understand colours through their feelings.
