Guided tour - 'KunstKlak'

This is my hat. This is my sculpture.
During this guided tour, the pupils put on their own ‘artist’s hat’. As they look, experience and collect, they develop their own work and discover that every artist chooses what falls within the frame and what remains outside it.
Contents
Everything starts from a blank slate.
A white canvas, ready to be filled with whatever stirs within me.
What’s your ‘perspective’? How do you see things? And how do you express yourself as an artist?
And above all: what do you want to convey through your art?
Accompanied by a creative guide, the pupils explore the museum. Along the way, we put on our own ‘hat’. We look, play, feel and gather ingredients for our personal work of art. Step by step, we let our work grow, so that we can make choices at the end. From everything we’ve created, we select a single fragment, frame it and give it a title.
Because an artist decides what is shown… and what remains out of view.
This is how I see things.
This is what I show.
This is who I am.

Pupils get a sense of how artists think, which helps them to create their own personal work of art.
