During the KMSKA LATE Take Over, the young people from De Trappen take complete control of the museum! Twice a year, they put together their own programme, specially designed to introduce the KMSKA to new and diverse young people in an approachable way.
Expect an evening full of creativity, socialising and surprises: from workshops and performances to open mics, DJ sets and interactive installations. Young people are given the chance to showcase their talents, make their voices heard and help shape the museum of today.
KMSKA LATE Take Over invites visitors to experience art in a different way: less distant, more participatory and entirely through the eyes of young people. The museum becomes a place where experimentation, connection and ownership take centre stage.

Performance: The Fungusheads
With an eclectic mix of psychedelic rock, funk, jazz and danceable grooves, these young musicians create a live experience that is as surprising as it is captivating. Their unique sound moves effortlessly between dreamy passages, improvisation and rousing rhythms, ensuring that no two sets sound the same.
