Summer in the KMSKA garden! The museum garden is buzzing with creativity. Dive into the pop-up garden studio and see what unfolds. Spend an unforgettable summer together in the shade of the museum.
We welcome you to this place of encounter and exchange. For a relaxed chat, a creative activity, a closer look at art. Get started with a DIY kit or join a workshop. Materials are available under the tent: coloured pencils, pastels, oil pastels and crayons for the youngest visitors. Explore the family trail. Discover the museum garden through hands-on activities inspired by sculptures by Anthony Gormley, Liliane Vertessen and Bert de Leeuw.
All garden activities are free. All summer long, from 1 pm to 5 pm: free DIY kits for everyone. Workshops on Wednesdays and Fridays from 2 pm to 4 pm. For creative minds aged 0 to 100. No experience needed.

In the mood for a chat? Take a seat on our conversation bench, right by the tent. It’s a place where talks start naturally — between art, people and a touch of summer. Art on the Lawn becomes a meeting spot where connection takes the lead. Just sit down, let the conversation flow, or use a card to break the ice.
