KMSKA LATE - Flamenco!

Daisy De Belder, accompanied by a guitarist and a singer, gives a short tribute to the traditional flamenco dance. 

Daisy De Belder has been dancing flamenco for 30 years and by now forms a fixed value in the flamenco scene in Flanders. Through her annual further training in Andalusia and the organisation of performances and workshops, she has built connections with many Spanish top artists, including de musicians performing this evening.

Raúl has built a remarkable career as a guitarist, composer, and exponent of flamenco combined with jazz. He trained with masters such as Emilio Maya and Manolo Sanlúcar, and later established himself as a singer and dancer accompanist in renowned tablaos. His artistic curiosity led him to look beyond pure flamenco and to explore jazz. He immersed himself in the world of composition, created shows with numerous leading artists, and toured with them in countries such as Malaysia, Brazil, Angola, and much of Europe.
