Since 2021, choreographer Marc Vanrunxt has presented ten stories, each developed in situ during short work sessions in collaboration with dancers, choreographers, composers, videographers, or visual artists. During this edition of KMSKA LAAT, Vanrunxt brings together three Antwerp-based companies in a fragmented collage format (Kunst/Werk, Bl!ndman, de Roovers).
With this unique visual and auditory piece, he creates a new episode in his ongoing project (based on a true story). An intimate ritual of tears and hope, a celebration of the everyday, in dialogue with the collection. This performance is a creation specifically for the KMSKA.
