Guided tour - 'Beweeg en word bewogen'

Storytelling, dancing, singing, drawing… You move and are moved by art. How do the characters feel? What do they do when they step out of the painting? What do the colors sound like if we try to sing them? What makes you laugh, or maybe feel sad? What movements do you see in the artwork, and can you imitate them? Do you recognize yourself or your friends in it?

An enthusiastic guide leads the children in groups of 12. During the tour, they discover several paintings together in both the old and new museum. Looking, storytelling, smelling, listening, touching, dancing, drawing… The tour stimulates all the senses and pays attention to the different talents of the children. It’s an experience that leaves them anything but unmoved.

• Price: this guided tour costs €105 per group.
• This guided tour is only available in Dutch.
• 3rd year preschool to 2nd grade of primary school
• Recommended for groups of 12 children. Maximum 15 children per group.
• Each group can bring 2 accompanying adults for free. Additional adults will need a regular ticket.
• Maximum of two groups at the same time.
• This tour is also available in an adapted OKAN version. We offer 50 free OKAN tours per school year for schools in Antwerp. Please indicate clearly if you want to book the OKAN version.
• KIf you are visiting with a 3rd year preschool class from an Antwerp school, check if you can register via the Preschool Menu.
